Legendary Rocker Ted Nugent Blows the Doors Off the
Alamo City!Students for the Second Amendment was disappointed when we learned that Ted Nugent had to cancel his book signing at a San Antonio bookstore. That was until we received last minute word that Ted had provided VIP passes for SF2A members to his concert at Sunset Station in downtown San Antonio.
In spite of having emergency dental surgery done the day before, the Motor City Madman did not disappoint the packed house full of screaming fans. Nugent put on a great show of old and new jams, that concluded with him shooting a flaming arrow into an exploding guitar that brought the house down. Playing through the pain, Ted cranked it up for over two hours.
Ted provided members of Students for the Second Amendment with VIP passes and invitations to the after-party. We all had a great time. Students for the Second Amendment expresses its heartfelt gratitude to Ted and Shemane Nugent, and his tour manager Gary Bastile and staff.
